M Xulu and Associates

The close corporation M Xulu Business Consultants and Advisors C.C t/a M Xulu and Associates was established by Mr Musawenkosi Xulu in April 2000. It is a member corporation within the Xulu Group of Companies of which the latter is a diversified investment company with interests in various sectors of the economy. The corporation specialises or offers taxation, management consulting and business advisory services. This incorporates business turnaround and rescue, corporate governance, statutory compliance, B-BBEE advisory, tax practice, consulting, debt counselling and capital raising to mention but a few services that we offer. The membership of the corporation consists of bankers and several associates who have expertise in various fields namely capital raising, labour consulting, risk, taxation and auditing to mention but a few. The sole member is an Associate Banker (SA) who is duly accredited and designated by the Institute of Bankers in South Africa and he is also a Certified Principal Business Advisor whereby he is duly accredited and designated by the Institute of Business Advisors in Southern Africa. He is also a General Tax Practitioner and is accredited and designated by the South African Institute of Taxation. Respect. His other fields of expertise are in accounting whereby he is Business Accountant (SA) who is duly accredited by the South African Institute of Business Accountants. The ancillary services are in PR and communications including media consultation and advisory.

Notably, the sole member identified a need for SMMEs over the years when he was assisting same with funding and realised that these SMMEs needed to be assisted with statutory compliance, corporate governance mentorship and taxation etc whilst he was still working at the bank in business and corporate banking as a Manager.
